Lowertown Wine and Spirits is a specialty beer and wine shop, locally owned and operated by Jerry Blakey. We are located in the historic Lowertown neighborhood of Saint Paul on 4th Street, between Wall and Wacouta streets. Come and browse our great small-vintage wine selection and our wide selection of local and imported beers. We’re more than just a liquor store! We have performing musicians and art shows during Lowertown First Fridays and the Spring and Fall Saint Paul Art Crawl. We’d love to see you here!

Lowertown Wine & Spirits Delivery to Downtown Saint Paul
Lowertown Wine & Spirits offers delivery to Downtown, Lowertown, Saint Paul, and surrounds (check delivery map). Orders over $20 are accepted at any time during the day. Call 651-222-3661. We generally stop taking orders half an hour before closing. Please tip your delivery driver!
All-day delivery in the Twin Cities area via Grubhub and Uber Eats
Lowertown Wine & Spirits has delivery arrangements with GrubHub and DoorDash, who deliver throughout the day and beyond our Downtown and Lowertown delivery zones.
You can schedule deliveries with both services for later on the same day or any upcoming date.

Jerry Blakey
More than fifteen years have passed since Jerry Blakey took ownership of Lowertown Wine and Spirits. As President and Owner of Lowertown Wine and Spirits, Jerry has had a long career. He has won numerous awards throughout his career. During the year 2018, the Minnesota Licensed Beverage Association honored Lowertown Wine and Spirits by naming it the best liquor store in the state of Minnesota. His family, trying out new products for the store (which is not considered work), and his classic automobiles are the things that he devotes his time and attention to while he is not working.
